Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Le MBA est une qualification reconnue internationalement et respectée pour les managers. Les candidats sont des secteurs public et privé. Le programme d’enseignement est destiné à ceux qui cherchent à développer leur carrière et à «High flyers» qui ont besoin d’une compréhension de toutes les principales fonctions de l’entreprise fournissant des connaissances générales pour les dirigeants potentiels. En plus d’améliorer les perspectives de carrière des étudiants réussis, le cours vise à encourager la pensée indépendante et créatrice. Suivant les lignes directrices de l’Agence britannique d’assurance de la qualité pour donner aux étudiants une orientation pratique et professionnelle forte, en la différenciant des autres programmes Master.

Tous les étudiants complètent sept modules enseignés (cinq modules de base obligatoires et deux modules optionnels) ainsi qu’une dissertation/projet final. 1.

3. MBA DISSERTATION/PROJECT
The dissertation or project is a double module. Whether an academic piece of research or an investigation into the launching of a business project; it is designed to be an intellectually challenging piece of individual management research. It will equip successful students with the knowledge, capabilities, and skills required of today’s managers, in a world in which the ability to research new information is increasingly important.

Students are allocated a supervisor, who will provide constructive comment on their work as it develops. Students have access to online as well as standard library facilities. The entire process, from developing draft research proposal and schedule, through selecting methods and drafting chapters, is supported by the Cardiff School of Management supervisors but managed and implemented by the student.
